1. Przedmiotem zamówienia są roboty budowlane polegające na wykonaniu remontu i termomodernizacji obejmujących projekt pn.: „Poprawa efektywności energetycznej w zabytkowym budynku Biblioteki Uniwersyteckiej UMK w Toruniu wraz z instalacją OZE” przy ul. Gagarina 13 w Toruniu. 2. Szczegółowy zakres prac oraz wymagania dotyczące wykonania zamawianych robót stanowi opis przedmiotu zamówienia - dokumentacja techniczna zawarta w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. W przypadku wskazania w zapisach specyfikacji warunków zamówienia, nazw własnych, typów, modeli, symboli, należy zapisy te rozumieć jako zapisy o produkcie przykładowym. 3. Kody zamówienia według Wspólnego Słownika Zamówień (CPV): 45453000-7, 45300000-0, 45310000-3, 45332200-5. 4. Zamawiający nie dopuszcza możliwości składania ofert częściowych.
