Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa środków antyseptycznych i dezynfekcyjnych dla UCK w asortymencie, szacunkowej ilości oraz wymaganiach określonych w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. 2. Zamawiający dopuszcza składanie ofert częściowych. Pod pojęciem oferty częściowej rozumie się pojedyncze części ustalone w załączniku nr 3 do SWZ. Wykonawca może złożyć ofertę na jedną lub kilka części. 3. Dostawy będą następować sukcesywnie, w ilości i asortymencie, zgodnie z zamówieniami częściowymi Zamawiającego w terminie do 6 dni od daty złożenia zamówienia. Zamawiany asortyment Wykonawca zobowiązany będzie dostarczyć na własny koszt do Apteki Szpitalnej. 4. Zaoferowane produkty lecznicze muszą być zgodne z ustawą z dnia 6 września 2001 roku Prawo farmaceutyczne (Dz.U. 2026 poz. 612) – jeżeli dotyczy. Zaoferowane produkty lecznicze muszą być dopuszczone do obrotu na terenie Polski na zasadach określonych w art. 3 lub 4a ustawy Prawo farmaceutyczne. 5.
