1.Przedmiotem zamówienia jest wykonanie usługi konserwacji budynków internatowych i kwater internatowych, znajdujących się w obszarze działania Oddziału Terenowego Mazowieckiego. 2.Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia zawierają załączniki nr 2A (Internaty) i 2B (kwatery internatowe) do SWZ. 3. Zamawiający przewiduje możliwość udzielenia zamówień w trybie zamówienia z wolnej ręki, na zasadach określonych w art. 214 ust. 1 pkt 7 Ustawy. Szczegółowe informacje w zakresie powtórzenia podobnych usług zostały opisane w opisie przedmiotu zamówienia stanowiącym załączniki nr 2A (Internaty) i 2B (kwatery internatowe) do SWZ.
