Przedmiotem zamówienia jest dostawa różnych produktów leczniczych, w tym produktów leczniczych z programów lekowych oraz wyrobów medycznych (CPV: 33.69.00.00-3, 33.65.21.00-6, 33140000-3 materiały medyczne) na potrzeby Copernicus Podmiot Leczniczy Sp. z o.o. w Gdańsku, których szczegółowy opis, asortyment i szacunkowe ilości zawiera Formularz asortymentowo-cenowy - załącznik nr 1 do SWZ (części nr 1-42). Oferowany przedmiot zamówienia musi być dopuszczony do obrotu i używania zgodnie z obowiązującymi przepisami prawa. Przedmiot zamówienia musi być zgodny z ustawą z dnia 7 kwietnia 2022 r. o wyrobach medycznych (Dz.U.2022 poz. 974 z późn. zm.) lub/i ustawą Prawo Farmaceutyczne z dnia 6 września 2001 r. (Dz.U. 2022r. poz. 2301 z późn. zm.) – jeżeli dotyczy.
