Przedmiotem zamówienia są sukcesywne dostawy artykułów żywnościowych użytku bieżącego dla 31 WOG Zgierz oraz Przedszkoli Wojskowych nr 129 Nowy Glinnik i nr 147 Leźnica Wielka. 1. Szczegółowy opis przedmiotu zamówienia określony został w Załączniku Nr 1 do SWZ. 2. Rodzaj, ilości zamawianego asortymentu do poszczególnych odbiorców określa Formularz cenowy – Załącznik nr 2 do SWZ. 3. Przedmiot zamówienia będzie wytworzony i dostarczony zgodnie z wymaganiami wskazanymi przez Zamawiającego w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ. 4. Wykonawca dostarczy przedmiot zamówienia pochodzący z bieżącej produkcji, którego termin przydatności do spożycia określa załącznik nr 1 do SWZ.
