Description
1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest zaprojektowanie i budowa infrastruktury technicznej na terenie Strategicznego Parku Inwestycyjnego w Stalowej Woli. 2. Całość zadania podzielona jest na zadanie podstawowe (gwarantowane) oraz część zadania objętej prawem opcji (8 części), przy czym Zamawiający zastrzega, iż wykonawcy winni w ramach oferty wycenić wszystkie elementy składowe zadania (tj. zadanie podstawowe oraz 8 części objętych prawem opcji). Nie wycenienie którejś z dziewięciu elementów składowych zadania (zamówienie podstawowe oraz 8 części objętych prawem opcji) i nie ujęciu jej w ofercie, będzie skutkować odrzuceniem oferty na podstawie art. 226 ust. 1 pkt 5 ustawy Pzp jako oferta niezgodna z warunkami zamówienia. 3. Szczegółowy podział zamówienia wraz zakresem na zadanie podstawowe oraz zadania objęte prawem opcji, został opisany w załączniku nr 1 do SWZ – Opis przedmiotu zamówienia. 4.
