Przedmiotem zamówienia jest budowa budynku mieszkalnego wielorodzinnego przy ul. Armii Krajowej w Strzegomiu wraz z wyposażeniem, niezbędną infrastrukturą, zagospodarowaniem terenu na terenie działek o numerach ewidencyjnych 767/11, 769/1 i 769/2 obręb 0003 Śródmieście Nr 3 wraz z przyłączami i sieciami wewnętrznymi na terenie działek o numerach ewidencyjnych 767/12, 768, 767/9 obręb 0003 Śródmieście Nr 3 wraz z uzyskaniem pozwolenia na użytkowanie. W ramach zamówienia planuje się budowę mieszkalnego, wielorodzinnego, niepodpiwniczonego budynku o powierzchni użytkowej 2217,60 m2. Przedmiotowy budynek podzielony jest na dwie symetryczne części (A i B), z których każda mieści po 23 mieszkania, co łącznie daje 46 lokali mieszkalnych. Zakres zadania obejmuje również: wykonanie drogi wewnętrznej wraz z miejscami parkingowymi i chodnikami, osłony śmietnikowej, małej architektury, ścian oporowych, nasadzeń drzew i krzewów, oświetlenia terenu, budowę przyłączy, zbiornika retencyjnego…
