1. Przedmiotem zamówienia jest: 1.1. Świadczenie Usług utrzymania oraz Usług rozwoju; 1.2. Rozszerzenie posiadanego oprogramowania YOOtheme do wersji PRO (licencja Developer), wraz z jego utrzymaniem; 1.3. Dostarczenie, instalacja i aktywacja dodatków, zwanej dalej łącznie „Dodatkami”, wraz ich utrzymaniem; zgodnie z • „Opisem przedmiotu zamówienia” (załącznik nr 2 do swz), • „Szczegółowym opisem przedmiotu zamówienia zapewnienia wsparcia technicznego i gwarancji na sprzęt” (załącznik nr 2a do swz), • „Wymaganiami dotyczącymi poziomu usług (SLA) oraz zasad obsługi zgłoszeń” (załącznik nr 2b do swz), • na warunkach określonych we „Wzorze umowy” (załącznik nr 13 do swz).
