Aceste produse sunt necesare pentru menținerea în stare tehnică corespunzătoare a echipamentelor hidraulice și a autovehiculelor existente în cadrul Sucursalei Miniere. Numarul de zile pana la care operatorii economici pot solicita clarificari: 10 zile inainte de data limita pentru depunerea ofertelor. Numarul de zile pana la care entitatea contractanta va raspunde in mod clar, complet la toate solicitarile de clarificare si/sau informatii suplimentare primite de la operatorii economici interesati: in a 12 -a zi inainte de data limita de depunere a ofertelor. Facem mentiunea ca entitatea contractanta va raspunde o singura data tuturor clarificarilor/informatiilor solicitate de toti operatorii economici interesati, in termenul precizat mai sus.
