Obiectul contractului ce rezultă din această procedură îl reprezintă execuția tuturor lucrărilor identificate în documentația de atribuire : caiet de sarcini și Proiectul tehnic prezentat ca anexă la documentație și include: 1. LUCRĂRI DE ARHITECTURĂ, 2. LUCRĂRI DE STRUCTURĂ, 3. LUCRĂRI DE INSTALAŢII ELECTRICE( curenti slabi, retele exterioare/bransamente), 4. LUCRĂRI DE INSTALAŢII TERMICE ( interioare,ventilare, centrala termica, retele termice exterioare), 5. LUCRĂRI DE INSTALAŢII SANITARE( interioare, retele alim. apa si canalizare, hidranti ), 6. LUCRARI DE MONTARE ECHIPAMENTE. Scopul proiectului consta in creșterea eficienței energetice și reducerea emisiilor de gaze cu efect de seră în clădirile publice ale Colegiului Național Pedagogic „Ștefan cel Mare” din Municipiul Bacău. Pentru atingerea acestui scop, proiectul prevede implementarea unui pachet integrat de măsuri de reabilitare energetică aprofundată, utilizarea surselor regenerabile de energie și modernizarea…
