Obiectul contractului il reprezinta Elaborare Proiect Tehnic si Executie Lucrari pentru Autostrada de centura Bucuresti, km 0+000 – km 100+900, sector Centura Nord km 0+000 - 52+770 (Asigurarea tuturor relatiilor de trafic in nodul rutier pe DN7 (km 9+400) cu Autostrada A0), in conformitate cu prevederile contractului de lucrari. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin. (1) din Legea nr. 98/2016 cu modificarile si completarile ulterioare, termenul limita pana la care orice operator economic interesat de participarea la procedura de achizitie publica are dreptul de a solicita clarificari sau informatii suplimentare in legatura cu documentatia de atribuire este cu 25 zile inainte de termenul limita de depunere a ofertelor. In conformitate cu prevederile art. 160 alin.
