Description
Furnizare Produse de papetărie Acord cadru 2 ani (24 luni) Contractele subsecvente se vor încheia în funcție de necesitățile promitentului-achizitor, iar furnizarea produselor se va realiza în maximum 10 zile lucrătoare de la semnarea contractului subsecvent. Promitentul-achizitor are dreptul de a diminua cantitatea de produse pe parcursul derulării prezentului acord-cadru, în funcție de necesitățile sale. Ajustarea preţului acordului-cadru: Nu este posibilă ajustarea preţului acordului-cadru. Pretul unitar în lei al produsului este ferm şi nemodificabil pe toată perioada de derulare a acordului-cadru.
