Description
Închiriere automotoare diesel (DMU) pentru trenuri de scurt și mediu parcurs. Precedura de achizitie sectoriala se va finaliza cu incheierea unui acord cadru de furnizare pentru o perioada de 36 luni cu unul sau mai mulți operatori economici. Acordul cadru se poate încheia cu mai mulți operatori economici , numărul maxim va fi de 5 operatori economici. Încheierea contractelor subsecvente este conditionata de urmatoarea clauza suspensivă: Încheierea contractelor subsecvente este condiționată de obținerea acordului de la Autoritatea pentru Reformă Feroviară pentru utilizarea, la formarea trenurilor cuprinse în Contractul de Servicii Publice aprobat prin H.G. nr. 1453/2022, a automotoarelor Diesel (DMU) ce vor fi închiriate, în maxim 90 de zile de la data semnării acordului cadru. În situația în care entitatea contractantă nu obține acordul de la Autoritatea pentru Reformă Feroviară, Acordul-cadru va înceta de drept, fără intervenţia instanţelor judecătoreşti.
