El contrato tiene e por objeto la ejecución de las Obras correspondientes a la Actualización del Proyecto de Urbanización del Sector PA-2 Castillo Alto. Fase 2 Zona Este de Nerja (Málaga), conforme al Proyecto redactado por D. Pedro Gonzalo Díaz, ingeniero de caminos de la consultoría Ingeniasur Consultora, S.L.P., aprobado por acuerdo de Junta de Gobierno Local, de fecha 5 de diciembre de 2025, y en el que constan cuantos documentos son exigidos en el artículo 233 de la Ley 9/2017, de 8 de noviembre, de Contratos del Sector Público.
