Description
Kommunen avser att upphandla trygghetsskapande teknik som stödjer hemtjänst och omsorgsverksamhetens behov. Anbudsgivare ombeds lämna anbud för implementering och förvaltning av trygghetsskapande teknik för kommunens omsorgsverksamheter. Syftet med upphandlingen är att skapa förutsättningar för förbättrade arbetssätt där individens behov och vardag står i centrum. Social-och omsorgskontoret vill genom detta skapa trygghet, delaktighet och tillgänglig vård nära invånaren. Vården ska fokuseras på personcentrering, delaktighet, jämlikhet, förebyggande insatser och kostnadseffektivitet, med målet att skapa trygghet, kvalitet och långsiktig hållbarhet i vård- och omsorgsverksamheterna.
