Description
Gegenstand der Ausschreibung ist die Vergabe eines Mandats für die Gesamtprojektleitung (GPL) zur Umgestaltung der Schützenmatte über die SIA-Phasen 31 bis 53. Die GPL übernimmt im Auftrag von Tiefbau Stadt Bern die operative Führung des Gesamtprojekts und stellt die zielgerichtete Umsetzung der Projektziele von der Projektierung bis zum Abschluss sicher. Die Aufgabe der GPL umfasst insbesondere die integrale Steuerung eines vielschichtigen, innerstädtischen Transformationsprozesses. Die Schützenmatte ist geprägt durch eine ausserordentlich hohe funktionale, gesellschaftliche und politische Dichte. Als zentral gelegener Stadtraum wirkt sie gleichzeitig als Verkehrsdrehscheibe, Begegnungsort, kultureller Anziehungspunkt sowie als sozialer Brennpunkt.
