De diensten omvatten de inschakeling van een assistent, bijhorende signalisatie(voertuigen) en/of toegangsmiddelen bij het uitvoeren van inspecties door een bruginspecteur aan kunstwerken (bruggen, kokers en tunnels) in het beheer van het Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer. Het Agentschap Wegen en Verkeer is de beheerder van een groot aantal kunstwerken in en over autosnelwegen en gewestwegen in Vlaanderen. Deze kunstwerken ondergaan op regelmatige basis inspecties, met als doel al dan niet ernstige gebreken vast te kunnen stellen om deze dan in een later stadium te kunnen herstellen via een ander bestek.
