Dans le cadre de la programmation FEDER 2021-2027, le Gouvernement wallon a décidé, en sa séance du 06.01.2025, d'approuver définitivement le portefeuille de projets "POLE ECONOMIQUE DE GAROCENTRE TRIMODAL". Ce portefeuille comporte les projets suivants: 1. la construction d'un ouvrage d’art franchissant la voie ferrée et équipement d'une voirie permettant la connexion directe entre cet ouvrage d’art et la zone existante de Garocentre Trimodal à La Louvière ; 2. la dépollution d'une partie du site Duferco (Anciennes Usines Gustave Boël) à La Louvière, en vue de développer une extension de la plateforme trimodale de Garocentre ; 3. la requalification d’un ancien hall-relais, sur le site dit "Glaverbel" à La Louvière, en un bâtiment d’accueil d'entreprises mieux adapté aux tendances actuelles (surfaces plus petites et modulables) et moins énergivore ; Les travaux prévus par le présent marché ont donc trait au projet 3 : la requalification d’un ancien hall-relais dit « Glaverbel » Le…
