Toelichting: De opdracht is opgedeeld in volgende percelen: Perceel 1 “Centrale R&D-workhorse” Het aangeboden systeem dient een flexibel en modulair onderzoeksplatform te vormen voor het uitvoeren van die-attachprocessen voor de ontwikkeling, optimalisatie en validatie van vermogenselektronicamodules. Het systeem dient de processtappen dispensing, pick-and-place, vision-based alignment en die bonding binnen één geïntegreerd platform te combineren.
