De jurist overheidsopdrachten ondersteunt het Team Juridische Ondersteuning binnen de pijler Contracten van de afdeling Centrale Dienstverlening. Dit team bestaat uit vijf juristen. De jurist combineert juridische kennis met advies op maat, volgt dossiers mee op en waakt over de correcte toepassing van de wetgeving. Het takenpakket omvat onder meer, niet-limitatief: ● Juridische eerstelijnsondersteuning bieden bij het voorbereiden, opstellen en uitvoeren van overheidsopdrachten; ● Juridisch nazicht uitvoeren van documenten zoals bestekken, gunningsverslagen, dadingen en andere contractuele stukken; ● Proactief en reactief juridisch advies verlenen aan collega’s en andere interne stakeholders. ● De relevante wet- en regelgeving opvolgen en correct toepassen binnen de werking van AWV;
