L’objet du marché consiste à mettre à disposition, via le leasing, des véhicules de société durables pour les chemins de fer belges, y compris la gestion de cette flotte. Ce marché se compose des volets suivants : - Véhicules Flex : un véhicule de société à usage personnel, faisant partie du package salarial, via une forme d’échange salarial (salary sacrifice). - Véhicules de salaire : un véhicule de société à usage professionnel et personnel, attribué lorsque la fonction le justifie. Ce véhicule de salaire est à charge de l’employeur (HR Rail, SNCB). L’accord-cadre sera conclu avec les 3 soumissionnaires ayant présenté les offres économiquement les plus avantageuses (sur la base du meilleur rapport qualité-prix). Les commandes subséquentes seront remises en concurrence.
