Description
In het kader van een vereenvoudigde onderhandelingsprocedure zonder voorafgaande bekendmaking nodigen wij u uit tot het indienen van een offerte voor de levering van elastomeerpompen voor gebruik in de oncologische setting, - met een infusietijd van 46 +/- 2 uur en aan een infusiesnelheid van 2,5 ml/uur. - - met een infusietijd van 120 +/- 6 uur en aan een infusiesnelheid van 2,0 ml/uur. met een infusietijd van 168 +/- 12 uur en aan een infusiesnelheid van 0,5 ml/uur. De pompen moeten geschikt zijn voor de infusie van 5-fluorouracil en latex- en DHEP-vrij te zijn. We wensen een raamovereenkomst te sluiten voor 2 jaar, tweemaal stilzwijgend verlengbaar voor telkens 1 jaar.
