Pour un autre groupe, la situation après la fin du droit reste toutefois peu claire. Ces personnes disparaissent du suivi administratif habituel. L’absence de parcours administratif visible ne signifie pas nécessairement que ces personnes sont dépourvues de moyens d’existence. Les explications possibles comprennent notamment les revenus professionnels propres ou du ménage, le patrimoine ou l’épargne, la formation ou l’accompagnement, le départ à l’étranger, une demande refusée par le CPAS, le non-recours aux droits ou des revenus/activités qui ne peuvent être identifiés à partir des sources…
