Целта на настоящата обществена поръчка е да осигури проектната готовност на Община Пловдив за реализация на предвидения за изграждане линеен обект (парк) – крайречната зона на южния бряг на р. Марица, чрез изработване на инвестиционни проекти в съответната фаза и упражняване на авторски надзор по време на строителството (само за Зона 1). Предметът на поръчката обхваща територията по южния бряг на р. Марица (бул. „Марица-юг“, гр. Пловдив) в участъка от бул. „Цар Борис III Обединител“ до Спортна зала „Пловдив“, разделен на следните пет зони: Зона 1 - от бул. „Цар Борис III Обединител“ до ул. „Райко Даскалов“ (Пешеходен мост), с обща дължина 405 л.м и площ 3773 кв.м, Фаза на проектиране: Технически инвестиционен проект (ТИП) и авторски надзор; Зона 2 - от ул. „Райко Даскалов“ (Пешеходен мост) до ул. „Победа“, с дължина 540 л.м и площ 7442 кв.м, Фаза на проектиране: Идеен инвестиционен проект (ИИП); Зона 3 - от ул. „Победа“ до бул. „Васил Априлов“, с дължина 620 л.м и площ 7027 кв.м, Фаза…
