Предметът на обществената поръчка е избор на изпълнител за доставка на 1 брой фабрично нов, неупотребяван товарен автомобил с висока проходимост тип пикап за нуждите на Община Брезово, окомплектован съгласно чл. 139 от Закона за движение по пътищата, придружен от необходимите за регистрацията му документи, сервизна книжка, инструкция за експлоатация, както и осигуряване на гаранционна поддръжка на автомобила. Предметът на поръчката следва да бъде изпълнен в съответствие с изискванията на приложимото действащо законодателство, Техническите спецификации на възложителя – неразделна част от настоящата документация и условията за изпълнение на поръчката.
