Předmětem veřejné zakázky je přenesená správa majetkového souboru veřejného osvětlení města Chlumec nad Cidlinou, to znamená zajištění provozování, správy, a údržby soustavy prvků veřejného osvětlení (dále jen „VO"), která je v majetku města Chlumec nad Cidlinou a které po dobu plnění předmětu díla nabude město Chlumec nad Cidlinou do majetku Podrobné informace o typech a technickém stavu jednotlivých prvků osvětlovací soustavy jsou uvedeny v Pasportu veřejného osvětlení (dále jen „Pasport VO“), který tvoří přílohu č. 4 zadávací dokumentace. Předmětem veřejné zakázky není dodávka elektrické energie.
