Předmětem veřejné zakázky je kompletní dodávka a instalace vybavení gastro-technologie do stravovacího zařízení školy - Gymnázium Dobruška, vše v souladu s technickými parametry a specifikací danou v zadávacích podmínkách a poskytnutí souvisejících služeb (dále také jen „dodávka vybavení“ či „zboží“), včetně dohodnutých záručních podmínek. Součástí plnění je i doprava vybavení, jeho montáž, instalace, uvedení do provozu včetně ověření funkčnosti, provedení všech provozních testů, revizí a předepsaných zkoušek dle příslušné platné právní úpravy, ověření deklarovaných technických parametrů včetně odborného proškolení budoucího uživatele.
