Předmětem Veřejné zakázky je zajištění rozvojových a odborných činností k integrovanému řešení systému Service Desk Zadavatele (dále jen „IŘSSD“). Plnění bude Zadavatel čerpat podle svých aktuálních potřeb formou dílčích požadavků a objednávek. Součástí plnění nejsou dodávky nových licencí, software maintenance ani paušální provozní podpora IŘSSD, včetně garantované dostupnosti systému a odstraňování provozních závad v režimu SLA.
