Předmětem plnění veřejné zakázky je závazek dodavatele, a to ve smyslu a v rozsahu příslušných platných právních předpisů, zejména zákona č. 89/2012 Sb., občanského zákoníku, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, zákona č. 563/1991 Sb., o účetnictví, ve znění pozdějších předpisů a zákona č. 93/2009 Sb., o auditorech a o změně některých zákonů, ve znění pozdějších předpisů, a v souladu s mezinárodními auditorskými standardy a souvisejícími aplikačními doložkami Komory auditorů ČR, v souladu s požadavky společnosti a v souladu se zadávací dokumentací a v souladu s nabídkou auditora, provést za 4 jednotlivá účetní období končící k 31. prosinci 2023, 2024, 2025, 2026 činnosti uvedené v zadávací dokumentaci.
