Kontrakten omfatter en samlet totalleverance, som har til formål at sikre stabil indsamling og levering af forbrugsdata til afregning og driftsoptimering for Ringsted Forsyning. Totalleverancen omfatter overordnet set følgende ydelser: • Levering og installation af nye vand- og varmemålere i Implementeringsperioden • Datahjemtagningsinfrastruktur • Hjemtagningssystem • Overførsel af eksisterende målere til ny datahjemtagningsinfrastruktur • Levering af nye vand- og varmemålere uden for Projektet (rent varekøb) • Driftsydelser Levering og installation af nye målere i Implementeringsperioden omfatter udskiftning af ca. 6.700 vandmålere og ca. 2640 varmemålere i en implementeringsperiode på i alt ca. 4 år. Totalleverandøren har det samlede ansvar for, at data hjemtages i de aftalte intervaller og den aftalte kvalitet. Kontrakten indeholder krav om arbejdsklausul.
