Opgaven omfatter rådgivning og administration for Vejdirektoratet i forbindelse med støjisolering af boliger mod vejtrafikstøj langs statsveje, herunder statsveje under anlæg samt støjisolering af boliger langs jernbaner under anlæg. Opgaven vil omfatte helårsboliger geografisk placeret i hele Danmark langs eksisterende statsveje samt nye statsveje og jernbaner under anlæg. Boligerne kan ligge tæt i bymæssig bebyggelse eller spredt i landområder, og der kan bl.a. være tale om parcelhuse/villaer, rækkehuse eller lejligheder i større eller mindre beboelsesejendomme. Det angivne antal boliger i tilbudslisten er skønsmæssigt ansat og kan variere ubegrænset. Opgaven omfatter rådgivning og administration af støjisoleringsordningen.
