I - BAGGRUND OG FORMÅL Bygningsstyrelsen udbyder en kontrakt om tilrådighedsstillelse af en SaaS-løsning til it-understøttelse af ejendomsadministration og udlejning i Bygningsstyrelsen. Bygningsstyrelsen har behov for en løsning, der skal fungere som Bygningsstyrelsens primære fagsystem til it-understøttelse af Bygningsstyrelsens fagcenter for udlejning og asset management. Løsningen skal leveres som en SaaS-løsning med den nødvendige konfiguration med henblik på at understøtte Bygningsstyrelsens behov. Leverandøren skal gennemføre implementering, herunder konfigurering, opsætning og datamigrering fra Bygningsstyrelsens eksisterende system, uddannelse af Bygningsstyrelsens brugere i overensstemmelse med Bygningsstyrelsens behov forud tilrådighedsstillelsen af løsningen. Efter tilrådighedsstillelsen skal Leverandøren levere Servicen inklusive drift, support og vedligeholdelse. Bygningsstyrelsen skal anvende Navision Stat til opkrævning af husleje.
