Description

Keila Kooli Pargimaja liginullenergia korpuse ehitamine. Ehitustöid kaasrahastab Riigi Tugiteenuste Keskuse (RTK), projekti nr. Kliima 2.9.01.25-0137, vastavalt määrusele nr 49, 08.12.2020 „Kohaliku omavalitsuse üksustele liginullenergiahoonete ehitamiseks antava toetuse kasutamise tingimused ja kord“. Ehitustööde käigus tuleb lammutada Keila linnas aadressil Pargi 2e asuva koolimaja keskne korpus ning ehitada asemele kompaktne liginullenergiahoone suletud netopinnaga 3772,7 m². Ehitus kavandatakse ühes ehitusetapis, mis hõlmab olemasolevate hooneplokkide lammutamist, uue hooneosa ja välisruumi ehitust ja sidumist Pargi tn 2e/1 hoone ploki ning Pargi 2 paikneva ajaloolise hoonega. / Kõrvaldamise alused ja kvalifitseerimistingimused: Vaata hanke alusdokumentidest
