Lepingu objektiks on Kohtla Järve linna välisvalgustussüsteemi ja selle osade (lülitus- jaotusseadmete, tänavavalgustusvõrgu ja nende elementide) ööpäevaringse toimimise tagamine, nõuetekohase avarii- ja käidutöö osutamine (koos välisvalgustuse juhtimise ja rakendamisega) ning valgustusvõrgu korrashoiuks vajalike remonditööde läbiviimine.
