Hankinta sisältää maantien 1583 rakennussuunnitelman laatimisen välillä Mt 170- Saaristotie, Loviisa. Suunnittelun päämääränä on laatia tiesuunnitelman pohjalta teknisesti toteuttamiskelpoinen ja kustannuksiltaan teknistaloudellinen rakentamissuunnitelma. Rakentamissuunnitelma laaditaan tiesuunnitelmassa esitetyssä laajuudessa. Tilaaja edellyttää tarjouslaskenta-aikana suunnittelijan tutustumista kohteeseen maastossa: - Suunnittelijan tulee tutustua suunnittelualueeseen maastossa siinä laajuudessa, että suunnittelijalle muodostuu selkeä käsitys hankealueella toteutettavista toimenpiteistä, olosuhteista ja ominaispiirteistä. Hankinnan sisältö on määritelty tarkemmin tarjouspyyntöasiakirjoissa.
