Mikkelin kaupungin talonrakennuspalvelut pyytää tarjoustanne Suunnittelutöiden puitejärjestelyyn tarjouspyynnön mukaisesti. Puitesopimusta voivat hyödyntää myös muut Mikkelin kaupungin yksiköt ja konserniyhtiöt. Suunnittelun kohdetta tai siihen kuuluvan toimeksiannon sisältöä ei tässä vaiheessa määritetä. Tehtävät kohdistuvat Mikkelin kaupungin hallinnassa ja hoidossa olevien kiinteistöjen investointi- ja korjaushankkeisiin. Mikkelin kaupungin kiinteistöt ovat pääsääntöisesti vaativuusluokassa tavanomainen tai vaativa. Suunnittelukohteet sijaitsevat Mikkelin, Anttolan, Haukivuoren, Ristiinan ja Suomenniemen alueella. Toimeksiantojen koko ja sisältö vaihtelee pienistä yksittäisistä tehtävistä laajempiin tehtäväkokonaisuuksiin. Tarjouspyyntö on jaoteltu viiteen (5) osa-alueeseen.
