Forum Marinum säätiö (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia vakuutusturvasta ja siihen liittyvistä palveluista. Ensimmäinen vakuutuskausi: 1.1.2027 – 31.12.2027, työtapaturma- ja ammattitautivakuutus 1.4.2027. Tämän jälkeen vakuutuskausi on kalenterivuosi. Hankintayksiköllä on oikeus vakuutuskausien aikana kilpailuttaa vakuutukset uudelleen ja siirtää vakuutukset kilpailutuksen voittajalle. Vakuutukset ovat voimassa toistaiseksi voimassa olevana vuoden kerrallaan.
