Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialue (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia rekrytointijärjestelmän hankintaan. Hankinnan kohteena on Länsi-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueen käyttöön tuleva rekrytointijärjestelmä, joka tukee koko rekrytointiprosessia rekrytointiluvan laatimisesta työsuhteen aloitukseen saakka. Järjestelmän tulee soveltua hyvinvointialueen laajamittaiseen ja monialaiseen rekrytointitarpeeseen sekä tukea lakisääteisiä velvoitteita ja hyvää hallintotapaa.
