Hankinnan kohteena on kulunvalvontajärjestelmä tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Sopimuskumppaniksi valitaan yksi (1) Toimittaja. Sopimuskauden pituus: Sopimus on voimassa määräaikaisena kaksi (2) vuotta sopimuksen allekirjoituksesta, jonka jälkeen sopimus jatkuu automaattisesti toistaiseksi voimassa olevana. Valitulla toimittajalla ei ole yksinoikeutta hankinnan kohteena olevien palveluiden toimittamiseen. Sopimuksen perusteella hankintoja voivat tehdä myös Tilaajan seuraavat konserniyhtiöt: - VTK-Kiinteistöt Oy - Vivamus Kiinteistöt Oy - Vantaan tilapalvelut Vantti Oy
