Description
Hankinnan kohteena on Keiteleen kunnan julkisen hallinnon tiedonhallinnasta annetun lain (906/2019) ja arkistolain (831/1994) sekä sitä täydentävät Kansallis-arkiston vaatimukset täyttävästä asian- ja asiakirjanhallintajärjestelmästä sekä sen toimittamisesta SaaS -palveluna tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Hankinta sisältää myös seuraavat pakolliset optiot: - Sähköinen kokous - Sopimusten hallinta - Sähköinen allekirjoitus - Sähköinen pitkäaikaisarkisto - Erikseen tilattavat integraatiot Hankinnan lähtökohtana on kaikilta osin tuotantokäytössä oleva valmisohjelmistokokonaisuus. Alustava käyttöönoton aloittamisen ajankohta on 1.1.2027 alkaen. Hankintasopimus on voimassa toistaiseksi. Hankintasopimus tehdään yhden, kokonaistaloudellisesti edullisimman tarjoajan kanssa. Osatarjouksia tai vaihtoehtoisia tarjouksia ei sallita.
