Description
Tällä tarjouspyynnöllä pyydetään tarjouksia Lappeenrannan Asuntopalvelu Oy:n kiinteistöjen ylläpito- ja vuokrausjärjestelmäksi SaaS-palveluna. Hankinnan kohteena on valmisohjelmistona toimitettava kiinteistöjen ylläpito- ja vuokrausjärjestelmä SaaS-/pilvipalveluna, käyttöönottoprojekti sisältäen tarvittavat integraatiot sekä järjestelmän tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelut. Hankinta käsittää järjestelmäpalvelun kokonaisuudessaan eikä rajoitu pelkkään ohjelmiston käyttöoikeuden toimittamiseen. Tarkempi määrittely on liitteessä 1 Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus . Tarjouspyyntöön vastaaminen tapahtuu tarjoajan omalla kustannuksella, eikä siitä aiheutuneita kustannuksia voi veloittaa asiakkailta. Sopimus on 2 vuotinen, jonka jälkeen on mahdollisuus 2 vuoden optiokauteen. Optiokauden jälkeen sopimus muuttuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevaksi. Optiovuoden käyttöönotosta tehdään erillinen päätös.
