Porvoon kaupunki (jäljempänä myös "Tilaaja") pyytää tarjouksia infran ja kaavoituksen asiantuntijapalveluista. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä 3 (hankinnan kohteen kuvaus). Kilpailutus on jaettu viiteen (5) osa-alueeseen. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksen joko yhdestä, useammasta tai kaikista osa-alueista. Osa-alueet ja niiden enimmäisarvot sekä puitesopimustoimittajien osa-aluekohtaiset enimmäismäärät ovat: 1. Katujen sekä yleisten alueiden yleis-, katu ja rakennussuunnittelu, enimmäisarvo 7 000 000 euroa, enintään kahdeksan (8) palveluntarjoajan puitejärjestely; 2. Liikuntapaikkasuunnittelu, enimmäisarvo 1 500 000 euroa, enintään neljän (4) palveluntarjoajan puitejärjestely; 3. Silta- ja taitorakennesuunnittelu, enimmäisarvo 1 000 000 euroa, enintään kuuden (6) palveluntarjoajan puitejärjestely; 4. Hulevesiselvitykset- ja suunnitelmat, enimmäisarvo 1 000 000 euroa, enintään kuuden (6) palveluntarjoajan puitejärjestely; sekä 5. Geotekniset selvitykset, enimmäisarvo 1 000…
