Description
La procédure de passation utilisée est l'appel d'offres ouvert soumise aux dispositions des articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° et R. 2161-2 à R. 2161-5 du Code de la commande publique. L'accord- cadre sans minimum et avec maximum est passé en application des articles L2125-1 1°, R. 2162-1 à R. 2162-6, R. 2162-13 et R. 2162-14 du Code de la commande publique. Le montant maximum est de 300 000 euro(s) HT sur la durée totale de l'accord-cadre. Il donnera lieu à l'émission de bons de commande. Il n'est pas prévu de décomposition en lots. L'accord- cadre est conclu pour une durée de 4 mois pour la partie terrain (fouille) à compter de la notification du marché Le délai limite pour la remise du rapport final au S.R.A. est fixé à 24 mois après la date d'achèvement de la phase terrain
