Description
Travaux de démolition, totale ou partielle, de bâtiments appartenant à la Collectivité de Saint-Martin ou acquis par elle pendant la durée de l'accord-cadre, et de bâtiments de tiers frappés d'un arrêté de péril ou de mise en sécurité lorsque la Collectivité fait procéder d'office aux travaux. Les prestations comprennent les travaux préparatoires (installation de chantier, clôtures, débroussaillement, recherche et neutralisation des réseaux), la démolition, le tri, l'évacuation et la valorisation des déchets vers des installations autorisées, les travaux accessoires de maçonnerie et la remise en état des terrains. Le retrait des matériaux contenant de l'amiante fait l'objet d'un marché distinct. L'accord-cadre est conclu sans montant minimum, avec un montant maximum de 3 000 000 € sur 36 mois, avec trois titulaires au plus, auxquels les bons de commande sont attribués à tour de rôle. Le premier bon de commande porte sur la démolition de l'ancienne école du Bord de Mer, à Marigot.
