Le présent accord-cadre a pour objet de compléter les moyens de commercialisation de Vauban 21 par : des Prestations Commerciales (Article 4.3 du CCTP) : Apport d'affaires et négociations commerciales aboutissant à la conclusion d'un contrat de garantie d'usage (CGU), réalisées par les Titulaires, Vauban 21, ou des apporteurs d'affaires ; et des prestations Marketing (Article 4.2 du CCTP) : Actions de marketing et de communication obligatoires et exclusivement réalisées par les Titulaires, visant à promouvoir le quai IYCA auprès des propriétaires de superyachts et de leurs représentants.
