Description
La présente consultation concerne la construction d'un complexe sportif avec piscine et gymnase. Le réaménagement quasi complet de l'ilôt Kennedy qui occupe un tènement de 21 000 m² à Lyon 8ème constitue une opération majeure du mandat 2021-2026. Après démolition des bâtiments du groupe scolaire construit dans les années 1960, il est prévu : - un nouveau groupe scolaire de 18 classes - la construction des Ateliers de la Danse - un nouveau complexe sportif comportant un gymnase, un bassin de natation et un terrain extérieur omnisport permettant la pratique du vélo - la requalification du square Varichon. L'opération devra s'inscrire dans les nouveaux engagements climatiques de la Ville de Lyon à l'horizon 2030 et viser l'atteinte d'un niveau de performance Energie Carbone proche de E3C2. La surface utile du complexe sportif est de 4 400m²
