L'accord-cadre porte sur l'exploitation des chaufferies et sous-stations ainsi que des réseaux de chauffage/ECS dans les bâtiments et logements de Nantes Métropole Habitat. Accord-cadre de type PFI (Prestation Forfaitaire avec Intéressement), avec fourniture de combustible bois pour les résidences concernées Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre avec obligation de résultats sur les consommations énergétiques des installations. Pour l'ensemble des lots : - Le montant maximum des prestations pour la période initiale de l'accord-cadre de 2 ans (1 er juillet 2027 au 30 juin 2029) est de 29 700 000 euro(s) HT - Le montant maximum des prestations pour les deux périodes de reconduction de l'accord-cadre de 2 ans chacune est de 28 000 000 euro(s) HT.
