Dans le cadre du projet LNPCA Phase 1, l’objet du présent marché est la construction d’une nouvelle gare multimodale en gare de La PAULINE. L’opération de La Pauline-Hyères comprend le déplacement de la gare actuelle et la création d’un nouveau Pôle d’Echange Multimodal (PEM) comprenant une nouvelle gare biface, une nouvelle gare routière et des aménagements paysagers. Ce PEM se déploiera de part et d’autre de la nouvelle plateforme ferroviaire Marché décomposé en 3 lots : Lot 1 - VRD-Paysage CE 1.1 - Terrassements dévoiements réseaux, voirie et réseaux humides (massifs fondations) CE 1.2 - Eclairage et réseaux secs CE 1.3 - Aménagement paysagers (cotraitant souhaité) CE 1.4 - Clôtures et mobilier Lot 2 - Bâtiment : CE 2.1- GO et fondations CE 2.2 – Charpente métallique CE 2.3 – Second œuvre CE 2.4 – Façades et couverture Lot 3 – Lots techniques CE 3.1 - CFO/CFA / Sonorisation CE 3.2 : CVC / Plomberie / Sanitaire
