La consultation vise à répondre à 3 obligations concernant l'eau potable : -un schéma Directeur d'eau potable comprenant un descriptif détaillé, un diagnostic des ouvrages (production, transport, stockage) et un programme d'actions chiffrées et hiérarchisées. -un diagnostic territorial d'accès à l'eau : En vertu de l'article L2224-7-2 du CGCT, il faut identifier les personnes n'ayant pas ou peu accès à l'eau potable sur l'ensemble du territoire afin de disposer d'une stratégie de résorption de la précarité hydrique -un plan de Gestion de la Sécurité Sanitaire des Eaux (PGSSE) : Cette démarche vie à identifier les dangers sur toute la chaîne de production et de distribution pour prévenir les risques sanitaires. La mission se décompose en 3 phases réparties en 10 tranches fermes et 6 tranches optionnelles.
