L'opération comprend dans son ensemble et pour chacun des projets de RCT : - Des prestations de Conception-Réalisation, portant sur la réalisation des études et travaux nécessaires à : - La rénovation d'une chaufferie centrale constituée de chaudière(s) gaz - La mise en place d'échangeurs de séparation chauffage et ECS dans les sous-stations qui en sont dépourvues ; - Le calorifugeage des réseaux et l'isolation des points singuliers en chaufferie et en sous-stations. - Des prestations d'Exploitation-Maintenance, avec objectifs de performance, durant laquelle le TITULAIRE devra l'exploitation et la maintenance des installations qu'il a réalisées.
